Quality Control

QC/Technical Support There are 7 workers in the technical department who in charge of making patterns and cuttings. 20 QC members are in charge of inspection. Inspections are conducted on raw materials, inline and before packing. Finished products are checked for correct labeling, missed stitches, overall workmanship, and conformance to stitch size. They went to fabric mill to make inspection before the material reach our factory. After the inspection, then the material/fabric can reach our factory. Factory QC will arrange to make inspection before cutting using fabric checking machine. And production QC will have a meeting before sewing to assure everything clear. Then starting bulk production, QC will keep checking during production to avoid any problem. Other Information We check products according to customer quality guidelines. We perform raw material inspection, first product inspection, first batch inspection, semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection and before packaging inspection to ensure our product quality.
